FAQ

  • Do you accept returns if a customer just doesn’t like a product?  No
  • Do you accept returns if a product doesn’t fit? All sales are final.
  • Do you accept returns if a product is defective?  Defective items can be returned on a case by case basis. 
  • Do you pay for return shipping or does the customer? The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping. 
  • Is there a time frame for accepting returns? Within 14 days of receiving the item. 
  • What do you do if a product doesn’t arrive at the destination? A tracking number will be provided.  The price of the item (minus shipping cost) will be refunded if item not delivered to buyer. 
  • Do you use tracking numbers when you ship? Yes
  • Do you ship every day that you get an order - or maybe just once or twice per week? Beginning and end of the week.
  • Do you use UPS all the time - or whatever is cheapest?  Carrier varies
  • Do you pay for insurance on products you ship?  No 
  • Will you issue refunds? If so, which scenarios will call for refunds? Refunds will be offered only if the buyer doesn't receive the item. Tracking number will indicate if item was delivered.
